2.Heat Treatment: Hardening and Tempering, High Frequency Quenching, Carburizing Quenching and so on.

3.Surface treatment: Galvanizing/Zincplatin, Dacrotized, Black Anodic Treatrment, Bumishing, Sand-blasting and so on according to ROHS demand.

4.Machines: We have two hobbing machines N60 from Japa. Gears can be rehobbing after heat treatment.

5.Inspection: All items are checked and tested thorouhgly during every working procedure and after the product is finally manufactured to ensure that best quality product goes out in the market.
